The book has been designed to cover the key aspects and applications of Environmental Engineering & Renewable Energy in Civil Engineering. It is intended to be of use to students of Civil Engineering pursuing course in Environmental Engineering on an undergraduate and post graduate level as well as for working Professionals. The content of this book aims to expose the students to the fundamental concepts of the Environment, so that they can put efforts at an individual level to conserve the Environment and become a capable Environmental Engineer. This book is also useful as a reference text book; particularly the chapters on solid waste, air pollution, noise pollution and sustainable renewable energy. This book has been written as per the module syllabus designed by AICTE for the course taught at UG and PG level in different Institutions.
