ELECTRONIC DEVICES & CIRCUITS

This book, Electronic Devices and Circuit, focuses on the fundamental concepts of EDC. It is comprised of five chapters describing the basic operation of each of the four fundamental building blocks of modern electronics: bipolar junction transistors, and field effect transistors, operational amplifiers. Attention is focused on the reader obtaining a clear understanding of each of the devices when it is operated in different regions.

The book explains the basics of BJT, its operation, operating regions. The brief discussion was also done on the small signal analysis. Not only the BJT but JFET & MOSFET was also described. The MOSFET small signal parameters were also explained.

The basic objective of the book is to explain in brief the Electronic Devices & Circuits to the First Yea Engineering students of E&TC, Computer & IT. The most of the topics were explained with necessary mathematical analysis so that students can understand the topics easily.
