Nutraceuticals are modern medicines that conceptualized the relationship between the use of appropriate foods for health and their therapeutic benefits. Nutraceuticals are also known as medicinal foods, nutritional supplements, and dietary supplements. The fourth chapter is on Acupuncture, it is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine in which fine needles are inserted at certain sites in the body for therapeutic or preventative purposes. Laser therapy, the last chapter, can be helpful for acute injuries. In this chapter, there is documentation about low-level laser therapy and high-power lasers. Low-level laser therapy is a form of medicine that applies low-level lasers or light-emitting diodes to the surface of the body. Whereas high-power lasers are used in laser medicine to cut or destroy tissue. It is sued that application of low-power lasers relieves pain or stimulates and enhances cell function.
