COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING RECORD BOOK AND MIDDLE-LEVEL HEALTH PROVIDER {MLHP}

Community health nursing record book and middle level health provider (MLHP) is prepared as per the guidelines of indian nursing council new delhi (INC), maharashtra university of health science, nashik (MUHS) and maharashtra nursing council, mumbai  (MNC) And Gujarat Nursing Council (GNC)

During my community field experience, I as a teacher and my students faced a lot of difficulty in completion of requirements. So I discussed the same with my senior and junior teachers, they were also facing the same problem. Then we all came up with a conclusion to design a standardized book, which will be helpful for all students as well as teachers.

This book includes – family care study, health talk, procedure evaluation, family folder and clinical evaluation and some basic activities with upgraded modules.
