“Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas” says Albert Einstein, German theoretical physicist but in the present world the poetry of logical ideas has become the greatest hurdle to understand and to think logical. I am profusely happy to introduce my first book MATHEMATICAL FOUNDATION to enjoy the logic and celebrate the poetry of logic. This book is scribbled to impart the music of reason to the young minds. This book serves as the reference book to the under-graduation BCA students of NEP batch. I have written this book with the utmost care is been taken to maintain the standard and quality of the content meticulous and perfection is been shown in the each and every concept of this book to make the readers comfort. As I mentioned above the words of James Joseph Sylvester, English Mathematician “Mathematics is the music of reason” this book serves as the notations to the logical lyrics by its outstanding sums and steps. This book is systematic arrangement of sums and formula with all the simple methods and tricks.

I don’t claim the originality of the subject matter since the essential materials have been collected from authentic reference sources. Despite our careful scrutiny, errors and omissions might have occurred and we will be highly obliged to those who bring them to our notice.
