When I started to explore the human psychology, I noticed that now a days as fast as technology is updating, human nature is also changing with that. Everybody is trying to be the best regardless knowing themselves first and it will not be a surprising fact that societal pressure and competition is controlling the new young generation’s values, thoughts and believes. They are facing more problems like confusion between their career and passion. They don’t know how to deal with the bad situations and how to maintain the good. In the given table you will rate yourself from 1 to 10 as per your evaluation and you will find your most struggling area in your life in the last column. This goal setting chapter will help you to reinforce those weak areas of your life with ease and fast.

In case if you don’t know much about NLP then I must tell you that Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States, in the 1970s. As per NLP there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

NLP has been adopted by some hypnotherapists and also by companies that run seminars marketed as leadership training to businesses and government agencies.
