EFFECT OF PRAKRITI ON SELF PERCEPTION OF PRE-MATURE AGEING

This book is originally streamed from my passion for developing better understanding on ageing with Ayurveda perspective. It is my passion to not only find out the depth of ageing process but also to find out the causes of its acceleration which will help the future generation to break down the barriers of understanding the process of ageing. We present this book as a guideline of ageing which clearly gives better understanding regarding effect of prakriti in self-perception of premature ageing. Ageing process starts from the time of conception runs throughout the life span, ultimately ceases with death ensuing. Continuously anabolic and catabolic processes take place within the body and responsible for ageing process. Even our great ancestral sages had the knowledge of anabolism and catabolism and their role in ageing process. Vayas is nothing but a factor dependent on Kala which was even agreed by modern scientists who stated ageing as a process of unfavorable progressive changes, usually correlated with passage of time.
