This book has been especially written for second semester M.Com students of Bangalore University. We are very happy that our first edition of Business Marketing is received well in the hands of the readers. The language of the book is simple and the coverage of various units is exhaustive with examples. This is an attempt to provide the students with thorough understanding of management concepts.
We equally welcome criticism, feedback and suggestions for improvement of this book from the readers and the authorities in the various subjects.
