I have shown from the book some of the latest advances in the field of endocrinology,by knowing more about hormone insulin and its metabolical connections with various other systems in body and how it can have a huge impact on our health.

By coming to a conclusion that,  if we understand that all the metabolical disorders such stroke, Alzheimers, PCOD, fatty liver disease, cognitive impairments, cancer, sarcopenia, skin conditions such as acanthosis nigricans,skin tags, osteoarthritis have one thing in common that,all of these patients are insulin resistant, then we can actually cure the patient than just treating.
