Having read and studied quite a bit about the wisdoms of our ancients, living in the South Asian Subcontinent “Bharat”, I had always wondered and wished, how nice would it have been, if I could also have achieved even an iota of the kind of wisdom that our ancients had possessed. The wisdoms of the completely modified Homo-Sapiens, our “Rishis and Munis”, the “Gurus and their principled Shishyas”, the “Sages and the Seers” and what they had achieved in life during the “Divine Era”, about 7,000-4,500 years BCE, had just been nothing but extra-ordinary. Their abilities to be able to hear, think and write what they heard through very deep mental concentrations under yogic meditational postures and powerful breaths, holding it for a long time, had indeed been nothing but super-natural.
Answers to these wishes which I was seeking, did indeed come to me instantly, although in the negative. “No, certainly not”! Was the answer. It’s just not possible because our environment is currently full of the highest noise levels of the machineries, besides plenty of other noise-polluting factors, engulfing the globe.
Anyway, the times have changed too. It has proceeded too far from the ancient era, taking nearly one full circle and getting ready to begin the next set of ‘Yugas’. The yardsticks of moral standards have taken a dip to their lowest ebbs, with all kinds of crimes being the principal reason. Human interferences in natural set up, is evident everywhere and in all areas, way beyond their sustainable limits. Energy needs of the growing population has maximized the entropy of our world system, as a whole.
