RESEARCH METHODOLOGY IN AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that originated in India. It is one of the oldest medical systems in the world, and it is still widely practiced today. Ayurveda is based on the belief that the human body is made up of five elements: air, water, fire, earth, and space. These elements combine to create three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. This Book is the culmination of many years of research and writing, and I am excited to finally share it with the words.
