PROCEEDINGS OF THE NATIONAL PHOTONICS SYMPOSIUM (NPS 2023)

It is with great pleasure that we bring out the proceedings of the National Photonics Symposium (NPS-2023). The aim of NPS is to enlighten the budding scientists to find newer directions for research through active discussions and collaborative research.

National Photonics Symposium was able to provide a platform for all the participants to exchange their latest and advanced research with specialists in the field by bringing in scientists around the globe to deliver invited lectures and contributed papers. Topics discussed in the conference include Nano photonics, Plasmonics, Metamaterials, Biophotonics, Nonlinear Optics and Laser Technology, Quantum Optics and Quantum Computing, Optical Fiber based devices, Optoelectronic devices, Photonic/Optoelectronic Materials, Laser induced plasma, ultrafast laser-matter interactions, Laser assisted fabrication techniques, Laser assisted non-destructive testing and Terahertz technologies.

We would like to place on record our appreciation for the efforts taken by the invited speakers, delegates, students and staff of International School of Photonics, Cochin University of Science and Technology, in materializing this conference and making it a great success. This proceedings is a collection of selected peer-reviewed papers presented during the National Photonics Symposium (NPS-2023).
