EQ is very dynamic concept as it is subjective hence difficult to form a theory which can be easily applicable to all. This book offers the solutions to the problems faced by the individuals to groom themselves as professionals or empowered beings.
I have been teaching to UG and PG programs since 2000 hence observed the struggle of generations of students to shape themselves as per the needs of market and as per the expectations of their family and their own selves. This observation and also my experience in teaching communication-skills, soft-skills, professional –skills to them has triggered an idea of writing hands on experiences of teaching learning process in the form of book during lock down.
This book is a helping hand or a guided path for the professional students who would like to sail smoothly from campus to corporate or to all those working professionals who would like to groom their professionalism or any individual who would like to empower himself/herself.
