For the convenience of the students the book has seven chapters dealing with basic information on atomic structure, radioactivity, nature of radiations medical and health physics aspects.

The book is extremely well written to provide basic knowledge, information to help students to grasp maximum possible about radiation and health physics. I applaud the effort of author for writing a wonderful book which will find good use for students pursuing their study in science.
