THE RESEARCH OF YOUNG MINDS BEAST-II [BIOTECHNOLOGICAL EFFECTIVE APPROACH IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ]

This book is the result of a study that started approximately two years ago. Several students, research scholars and professors have contributed to its development and refinement in one way or another. In this preface, I would like to take the opportunity to thank them.

Our institution is K.S. Rangasamy College of Arts and Science (KSRCAS), K.S.R Kalvi Nagar, Tiruchengode, Tamilnadu. This institution strives to provide quality education by imparting discipline, value, knowledge and skills. The Department of Biotechnology has been serving the academic needs of the Institute since 1999. It offers B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D., programmes in
Biotechnology. The Main motto of the Biotechnology programme in KSRCAS is to make the students express their innovative knowledge and scientific skills for the new era of Biotechnology and to promote innovative research by way of interfacing with various funding agencies available in India such as DBT, DST, CSIR, ICMR and DRDO as well universities and other research institutions in abroad and to design current, relevant inputs to transform the students into employable and socially responsible citizens.
