This textbook has been prepared in accordance with the prescribed curriculum of the Universities in India focused on the international financial system and management. The book is designed to present the basic and detailed aspects of International business applicable to the students in international business management. The presentation of the book has been kept simple, understandable and logical so as to help the students from different academic background. Hence they can be able to easily assimilate the subject matter and do well in their University Examination. The primary objective of developing this text is to provide students and instructors a solid and comprehensive foundation on the aspects of International financial management. Each of the chapters is comprehensive and action-oriented. Moreover, the book has been written in a direct and active style that we hope students and instructors can use the relevant problems and illustrations in it. Secondly, there are different underlying themes carried all through the book. Obviously, this book indicates the growing trend to show the students to feel themselves as global managers and not just managers. It is trusted that the authors have produced this book as a simple guide for learning various functional applications of international business, international financial management both theory and practical form.
