Multiple Choice Questions in Human Anatomy for Medical and Dental Students

The growing understanding of ecology of learning has resulted in development
of newer teaching learning methods and computer-based delivery of contents. In
view of advancement of educational technology and concept of learning the
NMC (National Medical Commission) has taken a wise initiative to introduce
competency-based curriculum in medical education (CBME) from year 2019-
20. NMC has introduced an assessment module to assess medical graduates in
CBME course. Multiple choice questions form important component of
assessment system in CBME.
We expect that this book of multiple-choice questions in subject of human
anatomy will help students to assess their learning deficiencies and motivate
them to gain conceptual knowledge of the subject.
The main highlight of the book is the sequence of MCQs in such a way that it
stimulates learning and helps to gain conceptual knowledge of the subject.
Students learn subject by solving MCQs themselves. The MCQs are arranged
topic and chapter wise.
We expect that the book will be of great help to the undergraduate MBBS and
BDS students as well those preparing for postgraduate medical entrance
examination.
