The majority of the population doesn’t know about their legal rights
which they can use in their favour, due to which others get a chance to
violate their rights without their knowledge. The main purpose of this
book is to give general understanding of Law. This book aims to
introduce some rights which a common individual can use for his/her
benefits, in a form suitable for laymen, by criticizing some deficits in
the Law. The book points the question that, what is Law? Or what is
the purpose of Law?
There are various problems and deformities in the Laws of India, and
this book tries to figure it out and gives solution for them. Under this
book various acts were summarized and some missing things in the
provisions of various acts and their importance were explained. In the
past years, many cases arrived in which the acts were taken place,
which didn’t have any criminal intent, but due to lack of knowledge
of some basic Laws, such person (who is committing the act) become
guilty in the eye of Court, this book aims to stop such type of actions.
We are living in a well civilized society and it becomes important for
us to know our rights and protection which Law gives, so that no one
can violate our rights and use them for their benefit. This book tries to
give an understanding of Law, so that the readers of this book become
more accountable towards the society and can easily differentiate
between ethical and unethical things or acts.
