The making of this book was challenging but a thrilling endeavor which stretched through a couple of years with heated discussions, arguments and counter arguments which we enjoyed in the late nights. The writing of this book broadened and sometimes transformed our own perspectives on the subject. Thank God, the very writing process was rewarding.
