Retirement has bestowed upon me the opportunity to reflect on the wealth of knowledge accumulated throughout my career. I firmly believe that the experiences of retired individuals can serve as guiding lights for the aspiring heroes within the banking industry. While certain skills are acquired through hands-on experience, the recounting of various incidents in these pages aims to instill courage and confidence in facing the diverse challenges that may arise.
The book encompasses a wide array of incidents, ranging from credit management and industrial relations to customer relations, fraud management, and administration. Unlike a structured narrative, the flow of incidents mirrors the spectrum of experiences in my career.
