RIGHTS OF SHAREHOLDERS UNDER COMPANIES ACT 2013

I have the great pleasure to present My First Book entitled ‘Right of shareholders under Companies Act 2013’ before the students, teachers, academicians and readers interested in this subject. In fact, my interest to contribute something in this field is developed when I was in My LL.M. Final Year. I thought writing is the proper way to express my views and knowledge on the subject mainly for the benefit of the students of Law. In fulfilling this desire, my inspiration is my guide or mentor MR. Prof. (Dr.) Sh. Karunesh Saxena. All these coupled with the necessity of a book covering almost all the aspects whether as a student, academician or layman about the Rights of shareholders under the Companies Act 2013.

While dealing with this subject I came across various legal provisions and recent developments along with amendments and contribution through various judgements of the apex court. When I consider all of these aspects and discussing all such issues to meet the requirements of the students was not an easy task. However, attempt has been made by me to present this book by incorporating almost all the important information, Provisions and Judgments related to the subject. In the meanwhile, several changes and Amendments 2018, 2020 have taken been taken place in the Companies Act 2013.

While preparing and designing this book help from various sources have been taken which have been refereed at proper places. Despite every possible care taken, some errors and omissions might have crept in while preparing the book. The Author will be highly obliged of such errors and imperfections are brought to his knowledge. The book primarily intend to cater the needs of students of law as well as Business world , even the persons interested in this  subject and academicians will also find it beneficial to them.

Fruitful and constructive suggestions are invited from the learned academicians for further improvement of the book. The author will be obliged to receive such suggestions and fair comments. The author will be greatly rewarded if this small contribution of mine to the growing legal literature on the subject is appreciated by the readers and is able to serve the need of the students and business world for which the book is meant.
