MILLETS- SAFE MULTINUTRIENT FOOD FOR BETTER FUTURE AND ENTREPRENEURER

As the saying goes “return to the roots” so we are taking a ‘U ‘turn in certain aspects of life specially which enhance health and peace. In spite of all modernization, technological growth, conflicts and rat race to power, position and money, people are in search of harmonious existence. In view of healthy existence Dr. N. Visalakshi, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Botany along with her colleagues and students of the Department has taken trouble, leaving not a stone unturned to strive home the idea of adopting good exceptional food habits. One such effort is the National seminar and Exhibition on millets and the compilation of the book on millets with the title “Millets-Safe Multinutrient Food for Better Future and Entrepreneur”, which will enlighten the society towards a healthy existence.
