Researcher has chosen impact of motivational schemes on employees’ motivation topic to find the work coordination among employees and role of motivational schemes on employees’ satisfaction level and motivation level. This study taught many life lessons during research.

This thesis depicts core concept of the employees towards motivation due to various motivational schemes. Actually during this research journey researcher too have experienced challenges and learn how to win over them and motivate self to achieve certain goals.

This thesis have seven chapters, first chapter is about the general information about the what is motivation, what is employee motivation, what is welfare measures and incentive policies and its benefits, organization environment and policies etc. second chapter is about motivation as core concept and its implementation, third chapter is about literature reviewed related to motivation, welfare and about organization on which study is done, fourth chapter is about the research methodology adopted for this research, fifth chapter is about motivational schemes provided by organization to its employees’, sixth chapter is about data analysis using various statistical tools and seventh chapter is about the conclusions and recommendations.
