Nowadays most of the undergraduates, postgraduates, technician’s entrepreneurs and researchers in the field of life sciences, more specifically Aqua biologists, fishery students are required working knowledge and practical skills.
Having an experiences of teaching fisheries and aquatic biology to the university level students, we have ventured into writing of a ‘Hand book (Manual) of biological protocols’ for the benefit of large number of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The present manual has been compiled for use at undergraduate and postgraduate level. An effort has been made to discuss in detail about the experiments related to biological protocols.
This hand book entitled ‘Hand book (Manual) of biological protocols’ has the information to meet the needy aquaculture and fishery students. The language of the manual is simple and lucid. Where ever necessary tables and flowcharts have been given for clear understanding of the content.
Since the help of the books of various authors ad journals has been taken in preparing this manual no authenticity is claimed. As we are the final judge of all that is being presented in this manual.
We earnestly hope that the present manual shall fulfill the long felt need of students. This manual is not considered to be a text book but rather a supplemental guide to laboratory procedures, both in the classroom and in the research laboratory.
