ACADEMICS JOB SATISFACTION

In the present scenario Job Satisfaction plays an important role in the life of a human being. In this book an attempt has been made to cover up all the factors included in the job satisfaction of an academics in the central universities of North East India. This book covers all the 9 central universities of 8 states of North East India.

This book has been written in a simple and lucid manner and is up to date in its contents. To check the implication of the Herzberg’s theory few statements has been used.

It is hoped that the book will be appreciated by all the academics as well as by the researchers.
