Dr. Balwinder Singh has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience. He is avid writer having a keen interest in contemporary issues and often publishes papers (Scopus and UGC care), blogs, book reviews and case comments. He has been associated with few NGOs that work for the welfare of women and children. His seminal work has been published in the form of books on – Expanding Horizons of Article 21 of Indian Constitution: A Critique, Interface between Science, Technology and Human Rights. He has chaired many technical sessions, being a resource person in various national, international conferences, workshops and training programs.
