HUMAN RIGHTS LAW AND PRACTICES

We are happy in writing the book on the issue “Human Rights Law & Practices”. The issue of human right is very crucial in present era due to its’ ever growing tendency. Human rights are very dynamic, universal, in separable in nature. Everyone has own views and ideas. The gift of yesterday has become the right of today. These rights are inbuilt in every human being because of being a member of human society. This book contains eleven chapters. The first two chapters are introductory in nature and deal with meaning, nature, generations, theories and origin of human rights. Afterwards, the other chapters of the book try to point out the rights of different groups of persons like women, children, prisoners, consumers and refugees, disabled persons. The time has been changed and to meet with the needs of the society the chapter of the book talks about the protection against discrimination on the ground of sex, caste, religion and place of birth and other. The issue of gender identity is also discussed. The identity of non-binary is appreciated and the need for the protection of men’s is also alarming in present.

The book “Human Rights law & Practices” will be definitely helpful to all students of law and academicians. It is an attempt to consolidate the maximum fruits of law under an umbrella. It will be helpful to minimize the draught in this area. Authors have tried to make attempts in covering the amendments of law. We have done all efforts for incorporating the leading as well as new judicial pronouncements. We have made all efforts to make the book systematic, scientific. We hope that the book will be welcomed by the readers. With this note, we also welcome your suggestions and hope for the well.
