Modern life is full of stress & trauma which have a greater impact on our physical and mental health. We all suffer from these complexities on and often. So do our beloved students. To heal the stress and trauma, to obtain academic success, to have a quality of life–we provide our counselling services to our dear students.
I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to Dr. Debapriya Mallick, Dr. Dipak Kumar Kar, & Dr. Kinjalkini Biswas for providing me ample opportunities to practice counselling on human beings. I would also like to thank all who are directly or indirectly associated with this manual. Thus the goal of my new attempt is ‘human optimization’ and I earnestly believe our students would be able to resolve conflicts and lead the life successfully.
